hi everyone,
> i've sent you (via email) the list that we have of phone numbers, emails and what committe and task people are in/have signed up for. There are some positions that need to be filled which are highlighted, and some people who have not yet signed up. we also have a few blanks on the sheets for some more information from people (ie phone numbers and email) ideally these can all be fillled at the meeting this week on thursday at 6:30 pm, and then will be updated. once we have everything figured out and filled out we can make hard copies for the binders and participants. We will also meet this week as committes and startworking on the tasks at hand, ideas and discussion.
> if people can start to bring in their music so that we can start seeing what we have for our show that would be great as we only have 4 meeting until the show, including this week comming up.
> WE STILL NEED a music -you can see what the task description is at the meeting on thursday. We also still need all of the positions in themultimedia committee filled (i know some of the people interesed had to leave early, soi am confident that they will be filled). We are also looking for somebody who would be willing to do a long term job as society contact which for this show will be shared with me,so that information is passed on.

> at the meeting we need to figure out a few things. one is a showtitle. second is where we would like to send our proceeds. if you have ideas for either of these please bring them to the meeting. if you have an organisation in mind for proceeds a pamplet or some sort of information written about them would be great to help with deciding. we really need to get these two thing figured out this week so that we can go ahead with posters, and advertizing.
